Project Overview:
APRO Remodeling & Construction was engaged by Northrop Grumman to perform specialized interior demolition and concrete construction at its high-security Beltsville facility. The work supported reconfiguration and upgrade efforts for large-scale equipment operations in one of the company’s key aerospace engineering sites.
Our role included dismantling outdated structural elements and building new concrete pads and foundations with embedded rebar systems for heavy-duty industrial equipment. The work demanded accuracy, structural integrity, and strict compliance with facility and safety standards.
