APRO Remodeling & Construction was contracted to perform precise and controlled selective demolition services at the MedImmune research and production facility, a premier biotech company founded in 1987 and known for its advanced pharmaceutical developments including Synagis and FluMist.
This project required careful removal of non-structural interior components in a highly regulated, operational facility. Our scope included:

Interior wall and partition removal

Flooring and ceiling dismantling

MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) disconnections in coordination with on-site engineers

Dust control and debris hauling per industry and facility protocols
