The scope involved preparing the existing retail space for renovation and equipment upgrades, while ensuring preservation of structural elements and coordination with mall-wide operational requirements.

Scope Highlights:

• Removal of interior partitions, counters, and non-load-bearing features

• Floor and ceiling stripping for mechanical and aesthetic upgrades

• Disconnection and safe removal of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) fixtures

• Dust protection and debris removal in compliance with mall safety standards
